I was wondering why someone would not say thank you when you held the door open for them?

Re: Saying thank you.
Fri, October 9, 2009 - 8:19 AMit could be many things... they could just be in another world and their mind could be elsewhere, maybe just take things for granted, ect... who knows really. i mean i have a hard time figuring out why i do a lot things let alone some stranger. what people do is usually about themsleves not personal. i just do what i feel is right with no expectations.
this may sound old fashion but what bothers me a little bit ... for example when i open the door for a lady with a baby or an elder person and some guy or girl sneaks in behind them with me holding the door without a word!! i know i shouldnt let this bother me, but it does :-(
